A MUST HAVE WITH THE 3 IN 1
I thought this was a great product to get because with a probiotic you need a prebiotic for it to work. So, the contents were perfect! Ease of swallowing is not so good. Discomfort in swallowing. I have to put the water in my mouth and then put the pill in, hold my head back and drink a lot of water to get it down. Mind you, I have no issues with taking pills. I love the ingredients and that they’re all organic. The smell is awful. I had to check to see if it had expired. I also had to check the reviews to see if it was just me that thought that it was smelly. I’d like to know which one of these organic ingredients makes this product smell like that. ð¤

I’ve been using and looking and using and trying various probiotic capsules for the past three years. I give up for a time, as none of them deliver on any of the promises they make — at least for my particular gut biome — so I eventually decide to try yet another one. THIS ONE IS IT for me.I’ve had discomfort from probiotics, I’ve definitely had discomfort from post-biotics (which is not supposed to happen, but happen it did) and a whole host of things that are healthy foods disturb my innards — sometimes even water when its cranky in there. No kidding.I have about given up, and to be honest, I don’t remember how I stumbled across this brand of gut health capsule. I didn’t hold out any hope, but it felt right to “try one more time.” Yeah, like all the other times. But hey, what could it hurt? Well, guess what? IT is working. I’ve held off writing a review even in spite of my initial feelings of positivity.In the first ten days of using this, I did not at any time feel any disturbance or discomfort in my GI tract… that in itself was a blessing. Things change slowly inside our guts, so I wanted to let this roll on for at least six weeks before making a further judgement. Now is the time.I am not “cured” of anything (nor have I been diagnosed with anything) but my level of discomfort and ease of elimination has improved noticeably. This supplement is not going to “fix” anything completely, but the fact that it has helped me up to a certain point is Pure Gold.Lastly, before I end this review — it does NOT have some god-awful stench. Geeze, guys and gals! (Okay, perhaps they reformulated it in recent years?) It does have an odor, but it reminds me distinctly of the fake cheesy powder you find at the bottom of a junk food bag (popcorn, triangular chip things, etc) and it doesn’t linger on your digits and palm, and it does not fill up a room or any space whatsoever with an odor. Therefore, if in reading other reviews, you are hesitant due to reading about an aroma, let that stuff drop. I’ve gone through more than one bottle, so my statement is not a one-off.

Omg changed my life. I can eat w.e I want now without feeling so tired or in pain or gassy. I used to have to lay down after I ate anything. I would be exhausted or feel uncomfortable. Iâm even in a better mood. And feel better about my surroundings. Itâs crazy what your gut impacts. I didnât notice until I started to heal my gut. And these probiotics play a gigantic part in my healing journey.They smell awful but a very small price to pay for what they have done for my body.

Weight Gain, Awful Taste & Smell
Began taking these after seeing positive reviews and ads. Have struggled with digestive issues for years and years so figured it was worth a shot. The product smells/tastes absolutely awful. Iâve never had an issue with vitamins/meds of any sort but I can barely stomach these. Havenât seen any positive results in 3 weeks of using, but I have gained a significant amount of weight, which is NOT what I was hoping to achieve. I tacked on 8 lbs in 3 weeks, which is never something Iâve struggled with. I exercise regularly, including biking, HIIT, weights/strength training, and weighted vest treadmill workouts. Everyone is different so will obviously see different results, but these did not work for me.
