Seems ok, but hard to tell with just one bottle
First of all, I was happy that this Menopause Support by Self Nutrition was made in the USA and women owned! Plus, unlike many other pills I have tried, there was no weird smell coming from the pills. At first I thought it was helping with night sweats, but then it happened again last night, which is why I docked it one star. It did give me some of my libido back for the first time in a long time, and I wasnât as dried out. Price-wise, it seems to be on par with other brands. I might just get another bottle to keep trying, since itâs hard to tell with just one bottle.

My wife threw up within 20 minutes of taking this and was dry heaving and running to the bathroom for about 45 minutes. I have no definitive proof it was this but she hasn’t taken them since and hasn’t thrown up.
