It works! But start by taking 1/2 of the 10mg.
It works great but I would start with 5 mg instead. You can cut in half with a pill cutter.I started with 10 and boy did I feel sleepy & tired the next day. Even my blood pressure dropped to where I didn’t take my usual BP pill that day. Didn’t even drink my usual glass of wine at dinner time. I just drank water & more water. I have always been a whimp when it comes to pills. My husband said ” I’ll take it” He takes prescription sleep meds that he says the don’t work like they used to. He’s big with lots of blood. I am borderline anemic.Hubby is cutting 1/2 of his usual sleeping pill and 1/2 of the Melatonin to 5 mg .He told me he’s been sleeping so much better. I am so happy for him.

Look, if you have a rambunctious child like us, this is like a donkey tranquilizer dart. We began using this instead of regular melatonin, which did little to keep our son from wandering the house in the middle of the night like a drunk gremlin. With the Sleep3 he gets relaxed and then takes himself to bed to go to sleep and stays there until we wake him up to get ready for school. If they had a blow dart with this stuff in it, I would be a buyer.

I’ve been taking this nightly for almost 3 years (bad, maybe? But I’d say not sleeping is worse). I like it. For some reason my local grocery store hasn’t been stocking it lately so this came in clutch. I, personally, don’t want to make any medication recommendations or usefulness other than that because that’s so specific to the individual. But I will say it works well with all my other medications and I find it helpful.

If you are having trouble falling asleep and/or staying asleep, this might help. It has worked very well for me. I am so happy to find a non-prescription product that actually works and doesn’t break the bank. I would recommend giving this product a try. My only reason for the 4 star is that I am drowsy the next day, but it’s nothing caffeine wont help. I am retired, so it’s not a deal breaker for me. If I don’t get sleep, I’m drowsy the next day anyway🥱

I found this while up one morning knowing I had to work in a couple of hours…arrived the next afternoon. I’ve always had trouble sleeping but WHOA!! I have only been on this product for a few days. I have been using the same brands regular melatonin for several months. Not 100% good. I’ll give this a chance however there isn’t a lot of any transparency on the ingredients in the one layer. And that appears to be the problem. I am older. I also have other issues that I try to control with bladder. So I watch my intake and what I drink and when a few hours before bedtime. Well all 4 herbals that they use in this are also diuretics. So I have not gotten a full night’s sleep at all. And I have been up more. Not what I was looking for. I’m hoping this adjusts and I will give it a couple of weeks but please be more transparent in your ingredients. Update! I fall asleep and the multiple times I have to get up I go back to sleep but where I could get up to 4-5 hours of sleep it’s now 1 to 1.5 hours regardless of what I have had to drink during the day. The herbals are diuretics and 4 combined is actually making my sleep worse. I keep saying give it more time but someone at the company needs to reinvent this. Frankly if you need 4 herbals to get to relax and get to sleep that’s overkill! Definitely not buying this again. Will possibly order what I was using from this brand but will also look at other brands now?

es bueno para los que batallamos para dormir, pero me provocó tener pesadillas. Al parecer la melatonina tiene ese efecto secundario.
