yes it will. It is literally as simple as press the button to make blades spin. I LOVE this blender, i’ve made so many smoothies.. and then one day I made too much smoothie so I just shoved it in some tupperware and then into the freezer… that day changed my life forever, I have not bought ice cream since buying this thing. it’s a clever design with suction cups on the bottom to hold it in place. the plastic is durable and i’ve washed it in my dishwasher several times and it still looks brand new. it can run it up with the pro blenders for a reasonable price.”chocolate Ice cream”a frozen bananasome unsweetened coco powderhoney for sweetnessmilk(optionally) chocolate bits of some kind, I like dropping a few squares of cold dark chocolate in there(optional) oats”strawberry banana”Frozen strawberriesfrozen banana (roughly equal parts of each)milkhoney (for sweetness)oats (optional)

Amazing machine, fantastic performance. A steal under 100 Dollars!
I waited to review this machine until I had put it to the test! I have to say, it is the BEST mixer I have ever owned. The blade is impressive! It does exactly what you want it to do. I have particular taste and texture preferences, and this machine delivers every time. Sometimes I like a fluffy, airy drink (Cafe frappe) and it comes out perfect. Other times I like the slushier version, like a fruit smoothie. The green juice I make daily also comes out perfectly blended. The 72 oz capacity is more than I need, but there are times when I have guests and if I want to make a special desert sorbet, I can do a large quantity and then put it in the freezer. Same with cream soup, I made a butternut squash batch and it was silky smooth. I have to say, Ninja has become my go to brand for so many kitchen appliances. Quality is excellent and functionality exceeds expectations. I am happy to give 5+++ stars.

Best blender Iâve ever owned
Excellent blender. So easy to clean. LOVE that the blades are easily removed. I handwash all of it in warm water. It makes my smoothies quickly and I never have to pause the blender to scrape down ingredients as I have had to do with previous blenders. I appreciate the cord storage on the back of the machine. I also like that are are few buttons. Thereâs no need to complicate kitchen accessories.

When I looked for a blender I looked for something that had a lot of power and this is the one I chose and it is perfect. It works so fast and is so easy to do I’m addicted to using it everyday. The smoothie quality is amazing. The item itself is very durable and well made and the design is perfect and fits under my counter for easy access. The noise is not as bad as expected for a blender so I highly recommend this one.

Great blender with one overlooked design flaw
Crazy design flaw if you throw the container in the dish washer upside down. It can collect food debris in the outer corners, where the black plastic caps cover. Be sure to check for nasty stuff.Otherwise great! Blends very well.
