Alignment marks for an improved practice
I purchased this yoga mat for my brother, who is new to yoga. The alignment marks are perfect for beginners! The mat has a great amount of cushion – not too thick and not too thin. It is durable, though the material makes it slightly slippery. Overall, a great value for what it offers, though it may not be best suited for those who are looking for superior grip in their practice.

I love this mat! It has a amazing amount of padding and thickness, so I never feel like I’m working on the ground. Great quality, and does exactly what it is suppose to. I do very sweaty workouts, and this mat keeps my hands from slipping. It is probably the best bang for your buck.

Best mat ever
Ok so after 10 years of practice I have found my forever mat. Its thin but sturdy and offers lots of pressure protection for the knees. 1000x better protection on my knees than any other mat this this. Its topped with a non slip top and I didn’t realize just how much the alignment lines would help. Much easier to transition it doesn’t take me as long to ensure my position and alignments are correct because the lines show me where I should be so I don’t have to take a second and look down to make sure joints are lined up. I really can’t get over how much protection it offers for the knees. Thick mats make it hard to balance and thin mats ( until I found this one) were so hard on my knees and hips because it didn’t offer much protection. I had just accepted it would always be uncomfortable. Nope not with this mat. I am seriously never gonna buy a different one. I just ordered a few more just in case they discontinue. I have to replace my mat on average every 6 months. We will see if this one is also more durable which I actually think the top layer will ensure it is at least as durable as a regular mat but im.better better. I am super happy with this purchase.

Cute design, super narrow and slippery.
This yoga mat is NOT worth the money. Love the design detail but you will be sliding flat in your downward dog every time. There is absolutely no grip and it is super thin, width wise and support wise. Donât waste your money!

Itâs a beautiful sage colour, very lightweight and the alignment marks are useful to get more confident with your poses, really get your feet & hands placement right and learn.Unfortunately I was looking for HIGH GRIP mat because my practice is a little more intense and I sweat quite a lot during sessions.THIS IS NOT A HIGH GRIP YOGA MAT!Worth the price? Absolutely not – same category of comfort and quality as a $35 matJust for reference you can get a really high quality, highly reputable B MAT for the same price $70-$80 that has high grip itâs heavy duty and will last you years!So for me – itâs just an okay home morning stretch mat nothing more.
