These are heavy duty, not cheap stretch bands
These are great. I can what them around my chair at work and do pec/biceps/triceps and lats. I can do squats to failure (cant do no more) by wrapping around a pole or small tree. I even feel my abs kicking in when doing little seated leg extensions. The hardest thing was figuring out how to cover each body area. There is a book (but i cant find where I put it).

Good if you want really strong bands
Five stars for the quality and customer service. The bands are well made and probably will last a while.We both work out with weights and resistance bands regularly. We tried them and found them too rigid and the resistance too much for us. I have used thera bands in physical therapy and have other bands with handles. I can’t speak to how well they work, since for me, they have too much resistance.

So many bands for such a low price!
I bought these off a recommendation from my PT and boy have they been a game changer. I use them for all kinds of workouts. Physical therapy, arm resistance, booty resistance and more. Very versatile, lots of difference in resistance and it’s so nice they come with hooks too so I can use them on the gym equipment.

Still work after nearly 4 years
I purchased these in 2017. I don’t use them on a regular basis. In fact the last time I used them was a few months ago. They have been very reliable and still have their resistance. I’m not sure if its the full resistance they had when I purchased them but it has to be pretty close.I pulled them out of the bag again today and was shocked to see how disgusting they looked. As you can see in the images, the black band has an orange powder residue all over it than comes off on the hands. I don’t know what this is. The other bands are also showing signs of the powder residue but it’s white. They don’t seem to be effected in quality by this. Doing a google search and it states it’s called bloom and manufacturers add it to the rubber to help prevent the rubber from dry rot. My only guess it that these will start to dry out if that’s the case. But, nearly 4 years old is pretty good if you ask me.

I have searched many similar products on Amazon and ordered this one finally. And they did not upset me indeed. They have clear weight indications: yellow 5-15LB, red 15-35LB, black 30-60LB, purple 40-80LB, and green 50-125LB. Thus I can make a plan of my exercise with number rather than colors in my journal.I ordered this on Friday and it came on Sunday, really fast delivery. With a storage bag, light weight and takes little space in bag. They have detail free eBook, which can be down to the mobile phone. Really Easy and Convenient, isnât it? Doing exercise in anytime and anywhere!If you are new to the resistance bands, you will not be disappointed. You will get 5 bands, handles, door anchor, carrying bag, and brief workout guide. It is really worth a try. Just follow the workout guide and learn to use them.There is a slight learning curve to get used to them but once you do, it is a great tool to have in your gym. Tough and Very Versatile
I bought these some time ago. I am writing a review because I came back to buy another set.I originally bought them for warm-ups and pull-up assistance. For these purposes the bands are wonderful. They are really tough. With all the work, which includes stepping on them on rough surfaces, they don’t have any nicks or gouges.Recently, I thought to bring them in my bag on a work trip to workout in my room. Hotel gyms are so spotty and unreliable, I just figured, “Why not?” They worked really great. I was able to get a decent resistance training workout in my room before I had to get to meetings.I now wish they were sold in pairs. If each weight level came with two versions, that would be awesome. This is why I am planning to buy another set. My intention is to start using them with my Olympic Bar to do squats and overhead presses and other workouts.

I use these a few times a week and was disappointed to realize my long thin red band is almost broken… Though I’m glad to have spotted it before an accident could occur!

I was worried at first that this would be a waste of my money as I might not use them at all. At first it was difficult to implement them into my training however after watching a few videos on YouTube I was confident that I could use them effectively.When I bought these I could not do a single pull-up. Cut to now, only a month or so later, I can comfortably do sets of 5 and have noticed a considerable change to my lats.Aside from their use being exceptional, they look and feel very professional, upon receiving the package I felt like I was getting my moneyâs worth. They are very high quality and I do not regret buying them one bit.I cannot recommend these enough to weight/resistance training beginners but could not comment on their use for more advanced athletes.

El kit en sà es perfecto. Gran variedad de resistencias, a un precio menor o similar al de otros kits pero incluyendo todo lo necesario, que algunos no incluyen la banda amarilla, con la resistencia más baja.. Y si, también los mosquetones.Basándome en algunas de las opiniones aquà escritas que decÃan que no traÃa mosquetones y que el artÃculo no los especÃfica en el contenido, solo los muestra en las fotos, incluà en el pedido otros que no sólo son demasiado pequeños (aunque les buscaré algún uso) si no que no son necesarios. ¡El kit traÃa dos mosquetones grandes muy bien rematados!En fin, si estás interesado en el kit no dejes de pedirlo. Si ya viene sin mosquetones lo devuelves o te pillas unos en una ferreterÃa o tienda de deportes. En mi caso venÃan las 5 bandas, las dos agarraderas, los dos mosquetones, el tope para puerta, una bolsa grande para transporte con asa donde cabe todo (el kit no pesa casi nada) y un pequeño manual de ejercicios. Todo bien protegido en plásticos individuales, aunque menos plástico hubiese sido deseable. ¡Asà que encantado!

+ Amazing value for money.+ Quality seems good (Used this set for 15-20 training sets so far and all was fine)+ The door anchor is super useful (Make sure to use a solid door though, and personally I wouldn’t use it too far from the hinges or the lock)+ Can work pretty much every muscle with this. Loads of resources online.- Would have been glad for an additional band on the high end for some exercises, but using two band together also does the trick. Didn’t find any other set that had a thicker one included, only for separate purchase. Straps for attaching to legs would also have been cool, but this is all a bit of a wishlist, what you get for the price is really fine.- The attached instructions are more or less worthless
