I have trouble with my insomnia or simply stay up late on my phone and wake up exhausted. Ever since Iâve discovered these, Iâve noticed a healthy difference. Melatonin always made me feel so groggy the next day or it simply didnât work. THESE definitely helped me feel more relaxed before bed and I get a perfect nights sleep. Even when I was a student I would use them to help me feel more calm before exams and focused during lectures. I also started taking them to help ease migraines as well and they really do work.

That’s not to say it won’t work for YOU! Going into it, I was already kind of skeptical going into it. But I was (and still am, honestly) in a very rough time mentally. I was desperate for anything to take the edge off, even a little. I use their probiotics and like them, so I thought I’d try these. They maybe worked a little at first, but that could have also been placebo. I finished the whole bottle and I still felt anxiety ridden, and depressed. I now know that I am depressed and am taking the necessary steps to getting help and getting my life “back on track”. I say all that to say that: yes, if you’re feeling a little stressed and on edge, sure, these may ease that for you. However, if you’re feeling down. Don’t find joy in doing things you normally love. Can barely get out of bed. Easily agitated and snappy. These are probably not going to do anything for you. Don’t go into these expecting a miracle. They taste fantastic. Not very sweet, more like a strawberry lemon flavor. Has more of a “gummy worm” texture than their probiotic gummy. I think they’d work for some, but not for me. And that’s okay!

He pasado por un largo periodo problemático que me trajo bastante ansiedad. De alguna manera estás gomitas me dan un estado de ‘no- overthink ‘ en dónde de alguna manera mi mente se calla y puedo pensar una cosa a la vez. Claro que hay que ayudarse uno intentándolo, pero he notado que es más fácil y me siento tranquila.Las he tomado junto con las de happy de la misma marca y me agrada el efecto.Si las recomiendo.
