Potent and effective Pregnenolone!
This is a hormone so be smart with it and listen to your body. I cut a gummy in approximately 4 pieces and take 1 tiny piece in the morning with my tea. Opens up the mind in a relaxing way. I keep the bottle in my fridge so it will last long. It has a noticeable positive impact on memory and on recalling things, names and situations. Also, good for people over 40 in general. I take it from Monday to Friday which is working quite nicely. Quality and taste of the gummy seems to be very good as well.

This seems to focus on memory, energy, and mood, but also mentions “estrogen booster,” which I don’t want to do. In doing some research online it says it can help relieve estrogen imbalance as well as testosterone deficiency in men.The bottle came even more full than the one in the picture on the product page! One of the rare times I’ve seen that. Nice.If used as directed it will last two months.The manufactured date on my bottle is Aug 3, 2024… no, that must be Mar 8, 2024, so the expiration date is Mar 7, 2026, just under two years from now.There is a light fruit scent to the gummies, and they have a nice orange flavor – and that’s saying something because orange is one of my least favorite flavors. Gummy-wise these are the gummiest gummies I’ve had yet – meaning they are soft, yet firm when you bit into them, and they don’t stick to each other at all, or to my teeth. They did a really good job making these.On my supplement bottles I look for: organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in the USA. This says none of those. And a clarification: the front of the bottle says 6,000mg. That is the total mg for the entire bottle of 60 gummies; they are 100mg each. The ingredients label also says 60mg of “Sorbitol liquid, xylitol,” which seems like a lot!The product page says non-GMO, GMP facility, Country of Origin: USA (so made here, I guess?), and 3rd-party tested.I seem to take longer that most to see results when starting a new supplement, but other than the couple things listed above, for two months’ worth of good gummies this seems like a good deal.I hope this information is helpful; thank you for reading.
