Functional and Durable
These are great. There are many resistant options in this set. I also love the different colors so you know which resistance band you are using. They are comfortable and thick. Great value for the money you are spending. There are awesome you tube videos out if you aren’t sure how to use these bands.

Worth every penny
Great bands! I’m an old bat and still can use these and feel so much better the more regularly I use them, feel much stronger. If you don’t want to get a book to help, there are lots of sites on YouTube to find specific exercises to help with preventing all muscles from going going gone. Always check with your doc first. At any age over twenty, you need to clear it with somebody who knows what they’re talking about. My physical therapist recommended these and they’re worth every penny.

Workout bands
These are the same high quality bands that I use at the gym. They provide an excellent workout without weights. The only downside is that they do not come with a full workout program to go with the set. It comes with a handful of exercises to get you started.

Decent set for whatever….
Ok, these are just huge rubber bands, but they can be a useful aid in recovery or just small workouts. Good assortment of resistance, my only con is they tend to bite and run your hands during movements, but any small piece of material with Velcro makes easy handles, or gloves, otherwise these are great, but it’s up too you too learn how to use them best for you, play with them, there’s no right way, well, as long as you don’t snap yourself…🤣😁Recommended….

I always have be Skepticalon bands like these, but I can 100% feel it , comes in a very nice bag , it’s a good deal for the price, there are multiple different lbs of resistance, very easy to use no equipment required

Bands are too long to get resistance through the full range of exercise motion.
These bands seem durable with good resistance but the problem is that they are so long that it is not possible to get a full range of motion for most exercises so you have to improvise a way to be able to do that. Even looking at the picture of the person demonstrating the product you can see that he is not getting resistance at the beginning point of the curl but only at the midpoint of the curling motion.
