I get this monthly! I feel great!
I decided to try this on a whim and i am so glad I did! I started feeling better after about 2 months. I notice that it is used a lot for those with heavy and/or painful periods which I have neither but my hormones were def out of wack and this helps even things out. I donât know how to explain it but I just feel good. So Iâm going to continue taking these! 🙂

Love this product. I could actually feel a difference in my energy. Will it magically make you lose 10lbs in a monthâ¦no. But combine it with a workout routine and eating healthy and youâll definitely see a difference. I will buy again.

Scary Side Effects
I’m giving 3 stars due to side effects. I took these pills for almost two weeks. I took 2 pills daily as recommended. I noticed more energy, i was feeling lighter and I felt more happy overall. After one week, my hands started feeling hot by the end of the day and noticed my nails were very weak and started breaking down easily. Also, i noticed some bad taste hours after I had them. Almost two weeks later, my pinky toe nail fell off completely by itself. Yes, I know; imagined how scared and shocked I was. So I stopped.

Ok so I canât say enough good things about this product. Hands down it has been so helpful to me because I donât get hot flashes and night sweats. I feel so much better I recommend it and I have only been taking it for three weeks.
