Workbook for people facing addiction
I really like the idea of the book to help people in the recovery from addiction. The work book contains some exercises to help you on your journey like breathing techniques, tension check, gratitude practice. The only thing I wish it had was more space to write.

This workbook is useless. Many typos just a bunch of copies of the same stuff. Wasted space of a 2024 calendar with no room to really write on it. Waste of money just get work sheets on the smart recovery app itâs more useful

Alot of mediocre content.
Formatting is just bad, and poorly made, December for example has just a bad line, pictures are cut out and not made (for example rewards for maintaining my good habits heart), the fonts are all over the place, one page has a specific font the other has a whole other one, the colored background for some tasks gets in the way of writing, some places don’t have enough space to type anything (for example my favorites) and more, the journal is all over the place with no clear objective, clear formatting or anything.

Simple and Easy, Just Like We Like it!
This workbook was simple and clear. The exercises were straight-forward and useful. For anyone in recovery, the easier the exercises are, the better because life is difficult as it is. I would give it 5-stars, except there were a couple formatting misalignments and at least one typo. Nonetheless, the book was worth the cost for me.

An amazing workbook
A very comprehensive workbook with many great methods to help you correct and develop yourself. The workbook’s design is also simple and visually appealing. What I like the most are the CBA methods: the ‘Four Quadrants of CBA’ and ‘Short-Term vs. Long-Term CBA.’ In my opinion, these are the most effective methodsâyou can only conquer something if you understand it clearly enough.
