Drink this daily!
This is my âgo toâ daily tea! I drink it every morning and it does bring a calmness over you. You can drink it hot or cold. I prefer to drink mine hot and if you add a little bit of honey and lemon, it kicks it up a notch, but most of the time I just drink it plain.

I have recently discovered the Republic of Tea brand and I am in love! This tea is well packaged and very fresh and flavorful. I like that you have a good quality tea with some additional options including ashwaganda for a nice calming brew to start your day or ease you into the afternoon at work. Good price for 36 servings!
