Great herbal tea for a calming effect!
Very tasty and great quality tea! I really enjoy the flavor and very affordable. This definitely helps relax and calm in the evenings. I highly recommend this tea to anyone looking for an herbal tea that is caffeine free!

Herbal Unwind, Day or Night
I love Traditional Medicinals herbal teas. The quality is exceptional. I like many of their tea blends because the flavors are thoughtfully balanced and the effectiveness of the teas is second to none. One of the few brands whose flavors and efficacy stand on their own with no need to add honey, milk or sweetener.Cup of Calm has become one of my favorites (the dandelion root is also exceptional) for a centered and calm gut and mind. My preferred herbal tea for a well rested night.

Sipping a cup of calm is like closing your eyes and relaxing in a balmy breeze on the beach….okay, maybe not quite, but awfully nice just the same. A nice flavorful warming break that helps to ease the tension. Only problem with the tea is the price keeps climbing up, but I guess it’s the same with about everything. sigh Just a lot for tea, but if you are going to pay the higher prices it’s good to get something that tastes wonderful and helps the nerves. Love it

I absolutely love this flavor! The mint and chamomile is such a nice combo. This is my favorite brand for this flavor because I find it to be more potent than other brands. I can really taste the mint which is nice. Itâs so relaxing and helps me fall asleep fast!

Before Bedtime or Anytime During the Day
I heard about this tea when it was mentioned on a radio show. The physician being interviewed was drinking it, and said what it was when asked by the host of the program. The doctor wasn’t making any promotional or health benefit claims, she only was describing how good it tasted. Since I like to drink both Chamomile and Mint Teas, I figured why not try this combination?As an added bonus to me is the fact that it also contains Lavender, one of my favorite fragrances. The slight floral aroma along with the mint and chamomile make for a delicious cup of herbal tea, something I enjoy often when I wand to sit back and relax.
