Surprisingly good taste
Feel fine after drinking. It’s o.k.iced for this time of year. Usually drink hot, though. Confess that I put honey in. Find myself wanting a second cup. Package says up to 3 cups per day is o.k. Lots of ingredients. Check that they are tolerated by your system before buying. I will rebuy. Takes a lot longer and squeezing before consuming, different than usual tea. So not ideal for quick morning cup before dashing off to work. More suited to relaxing times or weekends. So, a little “counter” to quick stress relief.

Taste absolutely amazing
Test absolutely fantastic! Quality is really good. I would definitely buy it again. Iâve only had it once so I canât tell you if itâs made me calm or not, but I will try it every night for the duration of the box and give you an update!

Good for sleep
This tastes super earthy and healing. I drink this right before bed so I can get a good night sleep. It has a more clove/cinnamon taste than mushrooms and produces a herbal smell. The tea is very dark.
