Best band for stretching
A must buy for any type of stretching. I recently had a total knee replacement and at the PT office, they use a similar band. I can adjust where I want to grab and the length is long enough. It is not a flexible stretch band which is want I wanted to hold the stretch. The material is well made.

IT WORKS VERY WELL
I broke my shoulder, had surgery and shoulder was rebuilt using a big rod, 6 pins and a bone graft material and this product was essential in helping me with range of motion. The last motion to come back is the behind the back motion, for me that means scratching my back, hooking and unhooking my bra. This really helps a lot. It makes it easy to hoist up my arm and hold it at a higher (slightly) level than I could obtain on my own. I use it every day. The design makes it easy to use, I felt a surge of joy when I could move my hand up to the next level because it meant I was making progress. I tried homemade pulleys, a belt, a strap…none as effective. Folds up for storage or portability. Very good purchase.
