Easy to chew doesnât get stuck in your teeth since itâs more like a gummy candy similar to like gummy lifesavers. They donât have that sticky texture, which I really appreciate. It makes taking them even better. And the flavor is very nice. I will continue buying these for now on. Highly recommend, just donât buy them all and leave me empty-handed. Sweet dreams everyone! However, I think it needs to be mentioned that in order to get the full advertised dose, you have to take two gummies, not just one. Itâs not a huge deal, but itâs something to be aware of if you were hoping to stretch the bottle out a bit longer. Otherwise, they work wonderfully and I will definitely buy them again.
