Lemon yum!
A friend recommended this product for my thinning hair. She uses the unflavored, but I decided to get lemon because I put it in my morning cup of tea. It is so tasty! You can also drink this in water for a yummy lemon drink. I’m glad I took the chance on this flavor. Now I want to try the chocolate to see if it’s as good.As far as my hair, it seems to be helping. There is a good amount of protein in addition to the collagen. Even my hairdresser noticed and commented on it. It has certainly been helping to strengthen my fingernails. They have never grown this well. I usually have breakage and flaking and that has pretty much gone away. I recommend!Others have mentioned the serving size and lack of scoop — I weighed out the servings before using the amount listed on the jar. I found that 1 tablespoon is the correct serving by weight. As far as the scoop goes, I just use a measuring spoon.

Personally, I really liked this collagen and found it very helpful and effective! I’ve noticed a big difference on my skin as it is now finally hydrated and on its very own!! Meaning.,, I don’t longer need to apply moisturizer every hour bc it’s helped my skin get hydrated. My skin definitely feels a lot more rejuvenated and healthier! I add the powder to a nice warm cup of coffee first thing in the morning and dissolves perfectly. I mix is good enough to just to make sure there are no clumps. I do find it to dissolve a lot easier and faster with warm liquids but it still dissolves good. There is no taste and that’s what I was looking for anyway. The ingredients are visible on the label and it’s definitely a must have! I’ve seen improvement with my back discomfort and definitely feels a lot better and relieving. I’ve been using this particular one for about three months now and many people have noticed my hair getting super long! It does provide pain relief and especially for the joints and muscles. I just finished the container and now going on my third! In general it’s good for hair, nails, skin and muscles/joints. I found it effective and I hope this review will help someone make a decision easier just like others did for me!

Convenient and Tasteless—Easy to Add to Any Routine
I’ve been using the Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for a few months now and typically buy the larger container from Costco for home use. I picked up these single-serve packets for travel and work, and they’ve worked really well—easy to carry, no mess, and super convenient to use on the go. I’ve tried incorporating the powder into my daily routine in several ways—mixing it into my morning yogurt, my overnight oats or morning smoothie, and more recently, shaking it into my water bottle with a splash of lemonade or flavored water which is my new preference. Once it dissolves, I don’t notice it at all—no weird taste or texture. It blends in completely and makes it incredibly easy to stay consistent. The individual packets are a bit more expensive than the large tub, but for travel or busy mornings at work, they’re totally worth it. If you’re looking for a simple, portable way to support your collagen intake, I definitely recommend these. I also got them when they were on sale and wish I would have purchased more at that time.

The chocolate is AMAZING. The lemon is a FLOP.
Price wise it’s a little expensive but taste wise, putting 4 tablespoons of the chocolate vital proteins and 1 tablespoon of Juan Valdez classic Colombian freeze dried coffee in a 20 ounce shaker…it mixes extremely well and it literally tastes like a mocha coffee. 9/10 for taste.I also ordered the lemon which arrived first and I’ll say the lemon tastes HORRIBLE you can force it down but it’s not highly drinkable. Maybe if you mix it with sweet tea but with water I would rate it a 2/10 for flavor. THAT’S WHAT I GET FOR LISTENING TO THE REVIEWS THAT SAID THAT THE LEMON WAS GOOD.

Worth giving a try
I got this for the benefits of hair & skin health & most importantly the joints support. I have a bad hip & knee pain so I definitely need it & hope it works & gives some pain relief & better sleep. It had good reviews so I was willing to give it a try. It’s odorless & tasteless. I mixed it with a banana smoothy & I can’t taste it at all. It mixed well as far as the blender goes. So far seems like good quality & worth giving it a try.

Delicious and helpful!
This is by far my favorite collagen. I found it on a whim at Whole Foods last year and have been using it ever since.While I can’t speak to the truth medicinal benefits of collagen peptides, I do appreciate the protein boost as well.I have hyper mobile joints and started taking this while in physical therapy for a chronically subluxated shoulder. I don’t know if physical therapy alone is to credit for my increased mobility there but I have continued using this as well just in case.Also, as someone with chronically dry skin, I do believe it has helped with my overall skin health as well.I add it to my coffee every morning and it tastes like I’m drinking a mocha! It has never upset my stomach or left a bad after taste.The ingredients are legit and while I can’t say whether the results are due to the product’s effectiveness or not, I certainly intend to keep using it!

Good addition to those seeking to increase protein intake.
I needed to get more protein in my diet and this seemed like a good addition to other protein-laden supplements and foods I am eating. I use this to add flavor to my coffee in the morning. The vanilla flavor is mild (doesn’t override the coffee taste when using half the recommended amount). I have been using it for just a couple of days and so far I am not disappointed as far as ease of use and taste. One MINOR complaint is that the label is very hard to read. Why they use colors that blend so easily is beyond me (white lettering on a yellow background) Long term health benefits remain to be seen.

I did not want to carry my big tub around on holiday so this was a great idea.I would not get the sachets unless it was for travel . The tubs are better for at home.
