I love it. Itâs a great product for the price, Iâve had this for almost 3 years and ir nearly has some small damages like the picture but nothing significant. I use this mat around 4 times per week and its great. Iâm looking for a new one because Iâve been practicing more and I would like to get a better one but if youâre starting this path, this is a great product for you to check if you enjoy yoga or pilates enough for you to get a expensive one.

Great yoga mat, even for hot yoga
I bought this for my husband to join me in hot yoga. He has no slipped on the mat from it being slippery from sweat. He says it is super comfortable both during mediation and during postures. He does use a yoga towel on it to help during the class, which you should use during all classes. It is easy to clean and is very light weight which is nice for transporting.

I enjoy the cushion this mat has, itâs better than my previous mat. Great for Pilates and hot yoga. My knees do sink down the longer Iâm on the mat. So I would recommend a knee pad or towel just for cushioning the knees. But overall love the mat and the colour.
