This supplement worked for me! and then it didn’t.
I feel like a different person after taking these for just over a month now. I noticed changes in my mood first, after about 2 weeks- I had fewer down days, fewer moody moments, I think was less short-tempered, and less anxious. The third week I noticed my pain was decreased ( I have chronic back pain), my sex drive increased and my energy level has improved 50%. I went from having no motivation to physically move to want to be up moving.Update 1/11/2021This supplement worked for me until I missed a week of taking it, due to late delivery. In that week my symptoms returned. When I re-started I continued to have hot flashes, anxious moments, rapid heart rate with hot flashes. However, my motivational mood has remained positive. I need the hot flash relief though and this was no longer doing that for me. So I stopped taking this one, and now I’m trying a different supplement with positive results.
