Great bike!
I am a 66 year old woman. I rode 5.5 miles in half an hour and burned 210 calories on my new bike. It is very quiet and it has an extra wide seat. It also has a back rest so you can sit up straight and rest your back (while holding on to side handles) or you can lean forward and hold on to other handlebars. Or you can adjust it so itâs recumbent. You can also adjust tension. And it has elastic pulleys so you can work your arms while you ride if you want. Itâs relatively small and can fold up when not in use. Easy to assemble when using YouTube video. I give it 5 stars!

Very quiet, video helps putting it together
Took some time to put together but the video was great. I just paused it each step until I was ready to move on. All tools are included so i didnt have to go look for anything. I like how the bolts were loosely in the correct spots, ready to remove and put pieces together. Didnt have to empty a bag of screws and guess which one went where. It is very quiet when riding and the computer screen is easy to see. The tablet/phone holder is also ideal for a TV remote. And it doesn’t cover the computer screen. The backrest is adjustable and fits well. My only complaint is that although the seat is larger than others, it could be a little more comfortable (softer). But I recommend this bike.

Stable, Quiet, Reasonable Price
I did the assembly but mainly my wife uses it to help control blood sugar level. Assembly was straight forward following the printed instructions…no video needed…but pay attention to the pedals. It feels stable, well-built, and is quiet. It is foldable but I wouldn’t want to do that after every use. My wife is medium height and would prefer a shorter step-over height but it is certainly doable once used to it. My only qualm is the monitor can’t keep track of more than one person. All-in-all the price is reasonable for the product.

Reinforce back brace
The only thing that bothers me is the weld holding the back rest adjustment is very cheap and I had to reinforce that part of the bike. As a matter of fact it has gave up on me already once and the customer service was very efficient getting me the replacement part to me in a couple of days

Good, Quiet Bike with Recumbent Option
I am not normally into exercise machines, and have more than one I do not use to prove it. But over the last couple of years I have lost ground in muscle tone in my legs, and given my age (62), I knew I needed to do something to improve it, especially since I am also a volunteer firefighter. The appeal of the bike was that it is less impactful on joints and something that you can work up to in terms of resistance. The recumbent option fulfills that well, relieving the back while you work on your legs.I was not excited about having to assemble it, but I can say that the instructions were good and if you take your time and follow them accurately, it’s not that bad. They also provide tools, which is helpful, but one recommendation I would give is to use a ratchet set, especially for the handle bars used for the recumbent option. The tools work, but there are better options if you have them. Taking my time I don’t think the whole affair took more than a couple of hours, although I am sure others could do it in far less. I just didn’t want to mess up.I finally used it this morning for my first 30 minute workout, taking advantage of the little shelf where you can place your IPad. Nice option. Listened to a podcast and the time when by faster. The seat back is also a nice addition. I seem to remember in reading reviews that some complained about this, but personally I found it quite comfortable. Maybe it’s a matter of body types. The exercise bands are an easy way to incorporate some upper body exercise. I am sufficiently out of shape from the Covid lock-down period that this was perfect for working myself back without becoming discouraged at the beginning. Again, this is the first use, but so far, so good.Price was right (around $200). Takes a while to get it (I don’t think it comes with the benefit of Prime, which I have). But overall I’m pleased. But,again, take your time assembling it and use a ratchet set. For toned athletes that are used to aggressive workouts, this may not be your bike. I think it’s geared more for people like me, so keep that in mind. If I was a regular biker who put on many miles, I’d probably upgrade to one of the larger models.
