Great sleep aid.
Iâve used this product steadily. Iâve always had trouble sleeping for as long as I could remember. This certainly helps. Price point is fair and the amount is pleasing. I would suggest recommended dose per instruction. Side effects, have been minor grogginess from time to time. Solid overall performance.

Seems to work & you get more bang for your buck. You get more, it’s cheaper than Benadryl & it’s the same medication as Benadryl.
