Sleep aid
Take a long time to work. I took the product at 8:30 PM and it didnât start kicking in until about 11 PM. And I found it very hard to wake up the next morning. I was sleepy throughout most of the morning. And Iâm never sleepy in the morning. So if I want to take it again, I would take it around seven hoping to take affect somewhere around 10 pm. Iâve used the product maybe five times since Iâve had it and I brought about five months ago. I always find it delayed in his response.

When I am having a difficult time falling asleep, I take one pill, and it helps me. The usual dose is two, but one is enough for me.

Something is different
We get these on a subscribe every 5 weeks. The last order, all the pills are stuck inside the packet. Maybe came from a flood area and got wet. Don’t know for sure. Box was sealed and packets are sealed.
