I keep looking for a natural product that will keep my heartburn under control with no unfortunate side effects.Years back, Amazon sold an enzyme-based formula that worked great, but that stuff is no longer available.So more recently I have been trying probiotics to see if they would do the trick.I regret to say that these particular probiotics have been only somewhat successful for me. Here’s how they have fared on a few key issues:Heartburn — these gummies have helped a bit, but I still feel some heartburn if I haven’t eaten in a while, or late at night when I’m lying flat in bed and my cholesterol pills go to work on anything I shouldn’t have been eating!Gas — no benefit here at all. As Shrek’s pal Donkey said, there are “vile gases leaking out of my butt” night and day.Poop consistency — this has probably been the most successful area. No diarrhea, no constipation, and the poops have a texture that requires little to no wiping.Another benefit probiotic takers talk about is bloating, but I can’t speak to this problem, as I never suffer from it… As for other benefits touted by the manufacturer like boosting one’s immune system and the like, who knows?On the positive side, these gummies taste great and are easy to ingest, and the product offers an excellent value at just fifteen bucks for a month’s supply.So they’re certainly worth a try. For me they hit a single or a double, but not a home run…
