Do we ever really know if a supplement actually works? Probably not; unless, that is, it suddenly cures us of a dread disease. For the most part we take supplements on faith, hoping they do what they’re supposed to do. This supplement is no different. But what I do know is that it’s the most potent pre/probiotic I could find for the lowest price on Amazon. So I’ve been buying these for years, and everyone in my family takes them with meals every day.
