I have noticed a change in my skin hair and nails. I would highly recommend this product. Mixes great in my morning drink. Pain I havenât really paid attention to. That is on my mind now because I have had back surgery and my morning drink consists of cinnamon, turmeric and cayenne pepper. All things to help with pain relief without medications.

Easy to mix in and has no flavor!
There is no taste ð so I mix it in with my coffee each morning. This is my second time purchasing and I notice a slight improvement in my skin and nails. Not too sure about any impact on my joints and muscle mass quite yet, but I’ll try another month’s supply.

this collagen is just what i needed. the individual packets make it easy to take to work or when traveling. I prefer to add mine to my coffee so I know I get it every day. super easy. some days I don’t taste anything ,other days there’s a mild flavor. but that’s why I add it to my coffee- I cna disguise it better that way.

I can’t give it 5 stars because, I just started it so not sure if it’s going to work for me, or not. So far I can’t say anything bad about it. Mixes well in my juices, that what I use to take it with. The price is decent . No complaints so far. Will write another view when I am done with the package to know if it’s helped with my hair growth or not.

This is a great collagen supplement. It has a good flavor. It mixes in well with a variety of beverages and I am starting to feel better with regard to my joints and my hair and nail textures. It is also a good source of protein.
