Keep ‘er movin’!
I have been hesitant to add a fiber supplement to my diet, instead focusing on food choices. After a few months of dedicated effort, things still weren’t *ahem* moving along as well as hoped. I did some research and found Nature’s Craft. I ordered a bottle and was pleasantly surprised.They are easy on my stomach/guts. They taste great. And, their dosage is very workable to match my needs.Two points before I let you go: I found their serving size of 3 gummies to be a bit *ahem* much for my needs. 2 got the job done just fine. You should play with your dosage to find your magic number.2. They are very chewy. Take them 1 at a time and drink water while chewing them.I am pleased with this product and will check out their other offerings.

I really like the way that I feel after I take these. They keep me regular and I really like that these have the prebiotic fiber in them. I have taken these for a month or so now and I can say that I feel a lot better and my gut health is certainly benefiting from taking these on a daily basis.

Some people complain about the flavor and they, clearly, are the minority. These are delicious, they do what they are supposed to, and are easy to eat.You want fiber supplements in these serving sizes because a full daily dose might not work for you. My one complaint is I would prefer to have a bigger container based on the price. If you eat a full dose/day these go quick as that is three gummies.Overall, this is a smash hit of a product. They nailed making this edible for everyone.
