Favorite protein powder
Best way to get protein on the go or if you struggle to get enough protein throughout the day. I add it to Matcha with a bit of Redmond salt & coconut creamer.

Great tasting, but can be a bit lumpy
The whey based protein drinks always left me a bit bloated so I thought I’d try this as an alternative. I really like it. The salted caramel especially is really tasty and I don’t get bloated from it. The only reason I’m taking a star off is because I don’t like using electric blenders and just like to manually shake it in blender bottle. However when I do this it leaves some small lumps in the drink.

My New Favorite
Full disclosure: I’m not a protein powder connoisseur. However, I got the vanilla a while back and I’ve been loving it ever since. It tastes pretty good shaken into some almond milk (and it blends just fine for me). But it’s pretty dang delicious if you throw it into a blender with almond/regular milk, ice, and a frozen banana. That’s my go-to right now, especially for the warm days. Definitely recommend!

Vanilla AWFUL-ODD Taste
I am a long time customer of Ancient Nutrition- I ordered the vanilla bone broth protein powder in Vanilla.- it is so awful – I am having to throw it away- almost 50.00 down the drain- I have used the chocolate before and it is fine-I believe there is a product issue. It simply tastes off- I have tried to contact the company directly- the automatic recording simply cut me off- Amazon will not return. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED – I have bought their protein powder and collagen for years. If this is how the vanilla is to taste- I DO NOT RECOMMEND- ITS AWFUL! I would not be writing a review if I had received help-

Disappointed
This Protienâs powder doesnât dissolve easy. I tried to use a shaker bottle first it was gross clumpy, so moved on to a blender which is a PIA but I really wanted to like this product and still had issues with it blending well. So disappointed because I do love this companies products.
