Taste: good taste at first however I did get a funky aftertaste tho.Effectiveness: I didn’t notice a difference with my hormones however my hormones are imbalanced as it is so it’s very hard to find something that helps with my hormones.Would I recommend ? Yes! I think these are great daily vitamins to take as they have cranberry extract, vitamin b6, and a few other amazing nutrients!

Keep reading please….Sorry in advance to the grammar cops out there for typos …This was life before taking these gummies:–severe bloating. to the point where my stomach would feel tender.– gas. the week before and during. to the point where it was painful to pass gas.–lower back pain the entire week before and during.– strong shooting pains in my thigh the entire week before. like my thigh was being cut into. to the point where I use to sit with a heating pad and massager gun on it at the same time. on my thigh. and I would do that before work. at lunch. and after work and before sleep.–oh and work? forget it. two days minimum a month I have to stay home and work. thankfully i have a job i can do from home. at the start of my cycle, I struggle to get out bed. crippling pain. crawling on the floor bad.– the cramps. yes cramps. leaves me curled in a ball for hours at time.–extremely irritable. fatigued, nauseous, anxious, and depressed. depressed is putting it nicely. things would get really dark a few days before my cycle started. really dark. unalive thoughts….–and you guessed it, flow? extremely heavy from beginning to end. For 7 days. yes. a whole damn week of shark! I have to wear ultra highest level absorbency the entire time. and change every 2-3 hours to avoid leaks. soaking through an ultra tampon and 2 pads in less than 3 hours. this is no joke.– gotta add in the occasional throwing up. projectile style.– and diarreha!!– well over 2 weeks of every month like this!fun stuff!5 days after starting to take these gummies?only 5 days later when my cycle started…. EVERY SINGLE THING I JUST WROTE STOPPED. IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND I CANNOT BELIEVE IT AMAZING THIS HAS BEEN AMAZING.I have a normal flow again. no more ultras, 2 pads, soaked towels when waking up. my cramps are so light now I dont even need to take a pain reliever.
