500mg per serving, one serving is two capsules/pills.
Despite there being a huge image on the product page, this is ever so slightly misleading… not in a bad way, more so of a “I wish I realized before purchasing way” – What do I mean by that? I was under the impression it was 500MG per capsule/pill just like a tylenol or similar pill is XXXmg per pill, however, this is 500mg per serving, and it takes two pills to equal one serving which is 500mg.You can still buy these, but base your math/how long these will last you on that aspect of the item being sold.No complaints here, other than “operator error” which means I didn’t read the REALLY BIG fine print, lol!

I have found this brand of berberine to be the best. I have tried others, but I feel different when taking this one. I take berberine for heart health and it actually effects my heart rate in a positive way. This brand is well sourced and comes at a great price! very effective supplement!

I appreciate it being USA made, and tthe fact that it is non-GMO. I do wish it was also organic, ideally USDA organic.I also appreciate the fact that the Berberine was third-party tested, althoough they did not provide any information about who that third-party was nor what was tested, which would help increase my confidence in the contents. But given the current price, it seeems relatively like a pretty good value for Berberine.

These work
This was my first time trying berberine and I was honestly a bit surprised by how quickly I noticed a difference. I am taking it to help with my appetite because I am trying to cut out sugar and I have the worst sweet tooth. This has literally cut my cravings to nothing. I also noticed that I have better focus. I do notice that I experience some irritability and occasional headaches while taking it but I’m hoping that those effects become minimal with continued use. The pills are easy to swallow and have no odor or after taste. 10/10.
