These are the perfect combo if you are taking a prebiotic and probiotic. Both in one capsule and it is still small enough of a capsule to easily swallow. I like that these are non-gmo and made in a USA lab. –

Pro & Prebiotics at a Reasonable Price
Good product. I generally take a high-end or should I say more expensive probiotic that was recommended by a high-end, very good friend. While the more expensive one is good, it had to be refrigerated and it caused me to be gassy. Although, I do keep this product in the refrigerator, it doesnât say it needs to be. I canât speak to the effectiveness because Iâve taken probiotics for years; I can say, it donât get gassy and Iâm glad that this already has a prebiotic incorporated. And if being regular is a problem for some, again, I canât speak to that. It was delivered on the estimated date and it is a reasonable price.

For me personally this product has really helped from day 1. I seemed to always have some digestion issues in the last few years, nothing serious but regular discomfort, especially bloating and especially at night. Finding no medical answers and having watched a program on sleep by Michael Moseley where prebiotics seemed to assist with sleep and overall digestion issues I found these on an internet search. I am really impressed that I now feel so much better. Im sure its personal to each person but as they can only do good they are absolutely worth trying.
