Harsh taste
First and foremost this taste horrible. The company is good but the plant taste horrible. I will probably just get a pill when needed. But the tea taste was to harsh to get through a cup of teaâ¦. Even mixed with other teas and a lot of honeyâ¦Honey helps if you use alot.

Germander in Skullcap – DANGEROUS
I highly believe their skullcap is part germander- a common herb that can be unintentionally or intentionally added to poorly sourced skullcap.Germander is mostly known for being HIGHLY toxic to the liver. Iâve got a strong liver, so I thankfully havenât noticed symptoms with that yet.However, I am experiencing ALL of the secondary symptoms that come with ingesting germander including insomnia, dehydration, and heart rhythm issues.Ever since drinking this tea tonight, my eyes are wide open and Iâve only gotten an hour of sleep. This never happens to me. Iâve just been laying here, feeling like I had a strong cup of coffee since 11pm and it is now 6am.Iâve drank over 2 liters of water since trying to go to bed and Iâm still thirsty.And my heart has been acting insane all night. I almost had my husband take me to the ER.It HAS to be cut with germander. Shame on you.

If you are getting tired of the same old herbal teas, this is a great choice. It’s a mild tea, but the flavour is quite nice and unique. I feel like I could drink this tea constantly and not get tired of it. I only wish the flavour was stronger, but I appreciate this is a natural tea with no extra flavours added, and I far prefer that!While I always take such claims with a grain of salt, there are many supposed health benefits of Sarsaparilla including anti-cancer, detoxification, hormonal balance, and skin health. It was apparently used for centuries by Native American tribes as a medicine.

I keep a healthy skepticism regarding purported “miracle” products; if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. This tea has thus far proved the exception to that rule, with one or two cups per evening having made a noticeable reduction in my high levels of anxiety and stress. It’s not a cure, but it’s definitely helping me – in fact, more so than virtually anything else I’ve tried in the last decade. I would absolutely recommend this product!
