I have been drinking Buddha Teas for many years now and have tried quite a few of their different blends. Most importantly, they have all been wonderful!!! They actually do make me feel better every time I drink one of their teas. They taste great too and I am so glad that they are organic and donât add anything artificial, or any sugars, etc. They are all natural herbs of the highest quality. A bonus is the fact that they use unbleached teabags, so no bleach or chemicals are leaching into your tea! I highly recommend you to try their teas because they have so many healthy and delicious flavors. I have 6 different flavors in my pantry right now and I love them all!

Beautiful Flavor, Great Quality & Ingredients
I consider myself a tea connoisseur and this was an instant favorite. I’ve drank Buddha Teas for many years; the Red Clover and Rose Hips are both lovely. I was looking for something to try to at night to help ease anxiety, calm my mind & body, and help me sleep. It hit all three marks. Even my mother, who is doesn’t drink or take as many herbs as myself, loved it! It is actually her favorite tea to drink at night. I’ve bought a few different brands for her and this is the one she can tell helps the most. Also, many other calm or bedtime blends have licorice root; this one does not and I enjoy that. I can tolerate licorice root b/c it has many benefits, but it’s not my favorite. If it’s also not your favorite, great – it is not in here! ha ha! It has a really lovely & light flavor with the chamomile, lavender, passion flower & spearmint (but it’s not “minty”). It also has a hint of cinnamon but it’s barely detectable – just enough. Also included is St. John’s Wort & skullcap.Also, all ingredients are organic and the tea bags are NOT bleached. Beautiful tea, beautiful packaging, and beautiful ingredients. Will purchase many more teas from this company and highly recommend them to you!
