Ridges be gone!
Most notable difference in the two months I’ve been faithfully taking the two scoops a day in my morning coffee, is that my ridgy nails have gone away! I had really bad ridges too, like deep stripes that looked stupid when I tried to paint them. I usually had to buff the nail way down which is really bad for the nail strength. I blame the fake nails and glue I used for years! Took six months to get even a decent nail after I removed the press ons once and for all. But now they are smooth and grow faster and harder too! It is not tasteless but it’s not a big deal. I use vanilla creamer also and then use a hand mixer to froth it all together. It’s just fine! Looking forward to long term results like facial stuff or hair growth but I haven’t noticed that yet. My nails were a wreck and now they’re not so I’m happy simply with that!

Nails stronger and longer!!!
Like some of you, I wanted to grow my nails out and thought collagen would help. It does!! My nails are so much stronger than they were before and they’re able to grow super long.I drink 1 scoop in my coffee every morning (needs to be hot to dissolve) and I don’t even taste it. Honestly, I think it makes my coffee better because it becomes a little thicker, so the taste is the same the consistency is just slightly different.I also want to grow my hair out so I’ve noticed less split ends and my hair is slightly healthier. Obviously I still have some but split ends cannot be prevented only minimized.

Only a few days – Already loving it!
I’m severely low on collagen and decided to try this product. I had been using a different product (actual collagen grams was only 1/3 of what Great Lakes WEllness Grass-fed Bovine Collagen contains per serving). In just a few days I could feel and see the difference! I’m so excited that I came back today and subscribed to double my first order. I’m so thankful that I found this product. I’m a senior but I’m way too young to be suffering the way I’ve been. Absolutely recommend this product.

Easy to fix in the morning
This unflavored powder is great, I even got hubby to add it to his coffee too. Each scoop has 10 grams of protein…so those of us who have coffee for breakfast, it actually has protein now. It’s not 6steps or more like those other coffee trends you see on tiktok, just add 2 scoops to your 12 or 16 Oz of morning coffee amd stir. It will dissolve in hot or iced.

This is my 4th great lakes I have brought and I think this is absolutely a must try product, I have been taking this product for nearly a few months now and the benefits are a good result (for me) I take one table spoon in morning and one table spoon before bed in cold water… I have put a lot of research into this product and i know you can buy cheaper products out there but you never know if the powder comes from animals that have been grass fed naturally or fed with chemicals so I tend to stick with the positive research. I have noticed a lot of difference for example my nails are stronger and grow nicely but that works together with me not putting nail varnishes on my nails which contain harsh chemicals that actually ruin your nails and absorb into your body… also my hair has grown better and a little quicker meaning I am not Rapunzel but I have noticed a slight length 🙂 and feels stronger, my stylist can not believe that I have not had my hair trimmed within 7 months (usually I have it cut every time I have my roots done 6-8 weeks) and together with my hair I don’t used silicone/chemical based shampoo’s conditioners etc that again ruin your hair and absorb into your body. my skin feels a lot better and I must admit on the backs of my thighs I did start to get faint cellulite looking skin if you know what I mean and it has faded that a little but all in all this has worked well for me I know everybody is different but for me it is good, my boyfriend takes it too as he suffers with bad backs and when he got out of bed in the morning his feet ached when he stood up but he said this has helped his aches a lot for him. If you were to buy it I think just buy the one for now and see how you get on I don’t suffer with allergies to anything so I cant comment on any allergy based questions.. its not suitable for vegetarian’s as it does come from the bones of animals but each to their own I guess…. I have tried the red tub… I tend to put that with a herbal tea if I am in the mood to wait for it to dissolve but to be honest that tube is still in my cupboard 🙂 anyway that’s all I can think of for my review at the moment but if I can think of anything else I will put it in another review when I buy another.

Absolutely brilliant. Really great for joints. An old injury I manage remains discomfort free when I am taking this regularly. It’s tasteless and therefore great in my porridge.
