Perfect fragrance addition to soak.
I purchased this for my husband. He seems to always have 2 or 76 different, physically challenging âprojectsâ going on at the same time. This is weird since he declared, about 5 years ago, that he had finally completed all the big projects on our 1800s farmhouse and small farm property. Somehow, he keeps finding more. .. and at the close of a long, difficult day working on one of these projects, it seems as if I can hear him coming from a half-mile away. The groans and gasps as aches and bruises remind him that 60 is way nearer than 50.Did I mention that he has never been a âbathâ type of guy? It took a couple of months to convince him to try this; I grew up with Epsom Salts on the shelf and everyone used it after a rough day. I guess not so much for my husbandâs family. Finally, though, he did try it⦠and BOY HOWDY!! He has taken more baths in the past 6 months than in the entire previous 34 years of our marriage. ð¤£I guess that means this WORKS. Try it! I tried this after being incredibly sore from intense physical activity in the days prior, and I feel that this made no difference in my comfort level. It was nice & relaxing, but I didnât have anymore than superficial benefits.

SO AMAZING
After not being able to work out in a gym for a majority of the pandemic, my gym is finally open again and I’m able to train legs again like normal, twice each week– fantastic! However, jumping back into it after taking that much time off means my legs have been incredibly sore to the point that I wasn’t able to train as frequently as I’d like. Hence the desire to try this product. I originally bought Dr. Teals unscented epsom salt but didn’t really notice a difference in recovery time so I started looking around for something else, which is how I stumbled upon this product. I was hesitant at first because it seemed a bit pricey, but it had great reviews so I thought I’d try it out. As of last night, I finished the bag so I thought I’d finally write my review and the consensus is… I LOVE THIS STUFF. The smell is phenomenal and is perfect to help me relax before bed, and I surprisingly noticed a remarkable difference in my muscle soreness over Dr. Teals. I kind of figured all epsom salts were the same but I guess not. All-in-all, I would say this is 100% worth the price PLUS I received a hand-written note from them thanking me for supporting their small business. That was just the cherry on top of an already amazing experience. I will definitely be buying this brand from now on:)
