Great for my excessive Heat after menopause.
I looked at so many different kinds of products for how hot I can get in my bed and heat flashes. It works for me and what I needed mainly for my heat flashes. This is after my menopause that I am continuing to take it. I like the size, taste, and the ease of swallowing it. It is a larger capsule appeal but if you drink it with fluid it goes down easy. I like to health benefits it also comes with. I cannot comment about the calming effect that it has because I am taking it right before I go to sleep. The effectiveness that it claims does work for me and I have been taking this for about a year. Overall I will continue to buy this. I am pleased with having found this and for the price.

I’m at that age where I get horrible hot flashes and night sweats, but since I started taking this supplement, it’s helped me a lot. There are nights when I sleep peacefully without waking up, and I’m relaxed mostly during the day. I definitely recommend it!

For once a supplement that actually helps. I suffered from horrible sweats from the dreaded age related hormone things… I was given a bottle of supplements to try and they worked, but i didnt want to pay $35 a bottle.
