Great gift for friend starting chemo
I had a similar shirt when I did chemo but I bought like this version for a friend just starting and like it much better than what I had. I like that you can unzip just over the port for injection and also unsnap at the top if needed for line placement.The shirt I had only had the unzip option and had long sleeves. If you are trying to decide between similar options Iâd go for this one.Seems pretty true to size. I thought I read some reviews saying it runs small, so I ordered and XL for my friend even through a large would have been sufficient. She actually wanted to keep the XL for the comfy factor.Itâs a nice soft stretchy material. Looked great after first wash. Only time will tell if it holds up after multiple washes, it seems like it might pill over time. However, chemo doesnât last forever so the shirt doesnât have to. It will be over before you know it and you can either pass the shirt on to a friend or keep it as a reminder that you are way stronger than you ever knew.
