Bottle looks half full and smudged but it is ok
So it presents very poorly and I threw away the first one because I thought it was opened before I got it. Turns out it is just packaged VERY poorly.Product is actually good / effective. The flavor isn’t terrific nor is it terrible. But for what it is, it is fine and I’m good with it. It helps me stay regular w/o gas which is lovely.

I love these! They are very gentle and keep me regular. I was specifically looking for extra fiber and tbh didnât pay attention that this included probiotics. I have tried all sorts of fiber chews/pills/powder etc. This is my favorite because it doesnât produce gas and is very gentle. I wish it didn’t have artificial sugar because I donât like the flavor of artificial sugars. But that is my only complaint. I would recommend starting with just one chew a day at first to make sure your body is Ok with it, then add a second only if needed. I usually just take one and every once in a while add the second if needed.

They do work but they almost doubled its price
I liked this brand I have been using for more than a year now. It’s effective and does help with proper digestive system functions. I would’ve given it more stars but I’m disappointed at the increase in price that almost doubled the original price.

I bought for myself and my boyfriend since weâve been having digestive issues. For myself, I have gallbladder issues so I was hoping it will calm the attacks until I get it removed since Dr recommend eating yogurt to calm an attack. I started off with 3 and it quickly made me gassy with dirreah. So after 4 days I started taking two a day and so far Iâm a bit better. For my boyfriend, for some strange reason he throws up after eating. After going to the doctors and was told everything was fine. just to eat more fiber, so I googled what could help him and I saw probiotics. Since his doctor recommended fiber and I think he needed probiotics I chose to buy this! Lol itâs about to be a week of him on it after day 2 he doesnât throw up anymore just spits up so hopefully itâll continue making him better. Kinda pricey since weâre both using them but I figure we waste money on other stuff at least this will help us lol
