A remarkable Journey
Please remember when reading this review that this is my own personal experience. Everyone’s results are different so I can only tell you based on my experienceI am a 43-year-old female. I am 5’2 and my weight fluctuates between 185lbs and 200lbs. I am constantly moving. I don’t like sitting still. I don’t like watching TV, so if I can be outside that’s where I want to be. The price was just right and a lot of the reviews were very positive so I went ahead and bought it. Now, I want you to keep in mind, I have only had this for a few days. It tells you that you can take one to two capsules at night. I’ve only been taking one capsule. I chose to take one because I wanted to see how my body responded to it first before I started taking two of them. For me it helped to suppress my appetite and made me more aware of when my body is full. I am constantly thirsty so I am constantly drinking water. When I wake up in the morning my body is ready to use the restroom where before I had to either drink something or use something in order to go. One of the downfalls, I am either burping or passing gas a little more than I use to. Thankfully,I have two teenage boys so they like to make a contest out of it.When we talk about my experience taking these, it has been a remarkable Journey for me so far to see how my body is responding to them. Me personally I 100% recommend them but it is 100% up to you to decide if you want them or not.If you do end up getting these know your body before you start taking them, so, that way when you do take them you can tell if they are helping you or not. Does the job good
For me this is by far the best cleanse I have ever taken not only do I use the bathroom really good the day after taking it (I take right before bed) but it continues to work the following days, yes a lil pain BUT I donât always have pain it works better with a good diet and exercise however I must say the first week I didnât work out but I didnât eat bad and it worked really well ppl was asking if I lost weight, so imagine how much better it will work with exercise and a good diet. Intense cramps
It makes you GOOOO, but please start with 1 tablet and only increase if you feel you can handle it bc the cramps with taking 2 were way too intense and debilitating. I could not leave the house bc of it, so after 3 days I just started taking 1 instead of 2!

I’ve been taking DR VITAMIN SOLUTIONS Candida Cleanse for about two weeks now, and I’ve already noticed a difference in my digestion and energy levels. The capsules are easy to swallow and didnât upset my stomach, although I did feel a bit off for the first couple of day probably part of the detox process. Does what it says
This product does what it says. I take as prescribed. It recommends to take 1 or 2. I started out with 1 as I did not want to be overly “taxed” with the experience of a strong laxative. I have stuck with just the 1 as I do not need to take 2. I started on a Saturday and its now Wednesday. I take at bedtime as directed and by 6 no later than 7, I have mild stomach cramps and a morning void. It causes me to go at lease 3 times within that first our of waking up and again its with mild stomach cramps. The rest of the day I void, but not a lot and my stomach is no longer cramping. I have noticed less bloating. I gave it a 5 because it works from day one and despite the mild stomach cramps they are bearable and subside relatively quickly.
