They’ve definitely helped!
These have been such a big help with mood swings and how heavy my period is. I’m still a bit tired the week leading up to my period, but my mood swings are almost non-existent now. I used to have bad anxiety, and my mood was just a mess before, not anymore.

AMAZING
A godsend for those of us who have allergic reactions to antibiotics. These can clear up a UTI in two weeks: one week at high dosage, and the next at maintenance dosage. Drink plenty of fluids and eat a meal with them, and you will be fine. It is gentle, painless, and wonât cause any kind of reaction. I purchase several things from the EU natural brand and they all work great, but the Harmony supplements are absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them enough as a safer alternative to antibiotics.

This product is truly amazing, I suffered from these awful period cramps and after I started taking this I noticed my cramping was barely even there almost completely gone the first use and everyone noticed I wasnât as moody as I used to be this last cycle. I have been taking this pills for 7 months now and the first month I notice a big change cause I wasnât as moody during my period, since then every month was better an better, no more period headaches, swing moods, craziness, fights etc. This month was the best one cause I have no PMS symptoms at all, Iâm the kind of person that feels ovulation and this month nothing, my period came like a ninja at night and I didnât feel a thing. I bought this for my daughter to try. She suffers from PMS, swollen and painful breast tenderness. She has tried this and it has helped her so far.
