Stress balls
These stress balls are great! I use them at my desk when I’m feeling stressed, and they really help me relax. The soft, medium, and hard options give me a nice variety to choose from depending on my mood

Nice set.
I have a lot of different stress balls, grip strengtheners, and other squishies and fidgets, and am always on the lookout for interesting new ones. The components of this set are very similar — yet very different — compared to others I have.I really like the stress balls in this set. There are tons of this type of ball available, but the cloth-covered ones are usually a one-size-fits-all type of thing. There’s no way to know how soft or firm they are until you pick them up and give them a squeeze. The ones in this set are labeled “Soft”, “Medium”, and “Hard”, with the medium being very close to the majority of the other unlabeled ones, the soft being a good easy squeeze, and the hard being firm enough to make a hand tired. They are also quite a bit larger than any other cloth-covered stress ball I’ve seen (see photos). This is good, because it allows for a greater range of motion, more parts of the hand getting involved at the same time, and a more satisfying squeeze overall. While the balls are large, the rings are really small. They’re significantly smaller than any others I’ve seen (see photo). This might be good for children or people with small hands, but for a normal or large adult hand, they feel too small and do not provide a sufficient range of motion or involve enough of the hand. In a small hand though, these would be really good. I like the way they integrated two different difficulty levels in each ring — and that the texturing allows you to know which way they’re aligned without having to look at them. I also think that the material these rings are made of is more comfortable, and will last much longer, than any of the others I’ve seen before.Photos show the three balls from this set along with two common ones that I already had, an old black ball in hand, the blue one in the same hand, the three rings along with five old ones, and the three new rings each sitting on top of an old ring.

This set is pretty handy for daily use. I keep it at my desk and use the stress balls during breaks, can help relieve some tension in my hands after typing all day

Good Production
I bought this set to aid in my rehab after a hand injury. The different resistance levels allow me to progress at my own pace, which is nice. Overall, itâs doing the jobï¼

Having been diagnosed with tennis elbow in one arm, part of the physiotherapy recommended was an exercise like squeezing a stress ball. I spotted this set of grip strength trainers and thought it would be ideal to help me.I was really impressed with this set. Firstly, everything packs well into the storage bag provided, so it’s easy to get out the one item what you are looking for without having to empty the lot first. (Too many products these days have stingy-size storage bags!)They are comfortable to hold and there is a good range of resistance options so you can start with ‘very easy’ and work your way up.In particular, I thought the rings are very clever as there are two different resistances on each. If you squeeze the textured sides together it is easier, or rotate the rings 90 degrees and squeeze the smooth sides together for a harder exercise. When testing these, it was immediately obvious to me that my hand with the tennis elbow issue has a much weaker grip than my normal arm. I am therefore working my way through the exercises and hope that this will improve my arm back to what I am used to, so I can feel properly ‘balanced’ again. It is too early to expect improvements at this stage, but I will keep going… however I can tell that even afterwards, these will be great to maintain my strength and also double as a stress ball if needed.

This kit arrived in a compact box, containing everything you need to train, exercise, and recover from injuries to your hand, arm, or elbow. Personally, Iâve been using it to help strengthen my arm following a tennis elbow injury. The kit includes three squishy gel balls and three silicone rubber rings, each providing varying levels of resistanceâfrom 10 to 60 lbs. The rings are clearly labeled with pound markings: yellow for 10-20 lbs, purple for 30-40 lbs, and red for 50-60 lbs. The balls are categorized by color as well: blue for soft, pink for medium, and purple for hard. This color coding makes it incredibly easy to identify the right item without having to read the labels. The balls are wrapped in synthetic fabric jackets that, while a bit slippery, are comfortable to hold and squeeze. They are also designed with smooth textures, making them some of the best stress balls Iâve used. They rebound quickly after each squeeze, bouncing back to their original shape almost instantly. The rings, on the other hand, have a textured surface that ensures a firm grip, which is especially helpful during intense sessions. Both the balls and the rings fit comfortably in an adult’s palm, which adds to their usability. With these six pieces, youâre sure to find one that matches your current strength or recovery needs. They cover a wide range of resistance levels, and each item is durable. The balls are well-stitched and built to last, while the rings are designed to help gradually increase resistance, aiding in muscle building over time. The included carry bag is a thoughtful addition, making it easy to store or take the kit on the go.All in all, this is a high value offering, and Iâm really happy with it. Itâs a fantastic, more affordable alternative for anyone looking for a solid hand and arm rehabilitation tool. I highly recommend it!

This Grip Flex power kit comes with three stress balls and three grip rings of varying strengths; I could feel the difference in each of them. Each stress ball and ring are different colors and are clearly marked for the balls whether they are soft, medium, or hard, and for the rings the actual strengths, 20 lb, 40 lb, and 60 lb.The stress balls are covered in a silky material and yet are still very squeezable. I found these the most helpful at relieving arthritic pain in my hands. The squeeze rings can take a lot of strength to squeeze them. I was able to squeeze the 20 lb one with no problem, the 40 lb one mostly, but the 60 lb one was much harder for me and I could not squeeze it very hard. But this is good because I can work up to it.I could feel the difference in the stress balls, though it was still easy enough for me to squeeze the hard one but it did take more effort. The rings were even harder for me to squeeze and provided a bit more of a workout. The stress balls felt better on my arthritic hands. The set comes with an instruction booklet that shows you different ways you can use the stress balls and the rings, including squeezing quickly and repeatedly, or more slowly. And it also comes with a bag to put everything in.This set can help strengthen muscles or help repair them, and help relieve pain. I found this set helpful and easy to use.
