I found it to be effective. Iâm not feeling as bloated or gassy as before I started using it. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that itâs only one each day. The bottle is easy to open but 3 times larger than it needs to be. Bottle stands 4 inches tall and the capsules only fill 1 inch of it. First time I purchased it I thought the bottle wasnât filled correctly at the factory.

That’s with most supplements, I’m going on pure faith here. I don’t know if it’s working but it says it has pre and post biotics which I haven’t done before so we’ll give it a go and it’s a good brand.
