A LIFE SAVER!
I love this product and feel that it has saved me and my husband’s marriage of 30 years. I’ve been taking this supplement for about 4-5 months now. I am 55 years old. I do not take any prescription meds, still having a regular period and have lost my libido completely. Perimenopause has been a hellish road for me. Before I started taking this supplement, I felt like I wanted to walk off a cliff or end it all in some way. For a very long time I had the “thoughts”, “feelings of doom”, the anxiety, the moods, the crying fits, everything, and they were horrendous! I also had night sweats on top of it all. My period cramps, migraines, were rough but I managed them with over the counter meds. When my peri symptoms intensified, crying at everything, doom thoughts everyday, imaginary visuals, all of it, I needed to do something. I started looking into solutions without going the HRT route or taking any kind of prescription meds. I joined fb help groups and someone mentioned this supplement. I started it and hoped for the best and I feel that’s what I got. I still have the occasional period cramps and headaches but not as bad as they were before – sometimes I don’t even take over the counter meds for them – they’ve been easier to manage. My period is still regular but it’s slowing down. Mild for 2 or 3 days, spot for two, then done. Overall I’ve noticed a difference in my moods and how I feel. I no longer have the horrible feelings I used to feel and I like who I am now. I smile a lot more, I haven’t cried in months! I still don’t have a libido but that’s not important to us. I also still have night sweats but that’s what fans are for, LOL. My poor husband who has seen the worst of me, has been my biggest supporter and cheerleader through all this, has also seen a huge change in my moods. There are so many options out there but this has helped me in so many ways and feel like it has been a magic pill for me. For those dealing with this dreadful stage, I am so sorry, hang in there, find someone to talk to, get it out. I wish you many happy days. <3

Iâve only been taking this supplement for 2 days Yes you read right 2 days.5. Does it work? Yes, yes it does.6. I ordered it on Thursday and it arrived Friday afternoon. I read the directions. On Saturday morning I took one capsule at breakfast and the second capsule at lunch with food as instructed.Sunday morning I had a big water puddle in my kitchen, the roof was linking, I couldnât get out of church on time because the preacher decided to pray for people in need, I had 30 minutes to run my daughter to softball practice, my other daughter wanted fast food, later on I had to wash and detangle two curly head, I washed four load of laundry, got supper ready. Finally, I got to sit down at 9:30 pm after my shower than my husband smiled at me. We all know what he had in mind, and miraculously I was game. (TMI) I had vaginal dryness for the past two years. Let me tell you, we did not use any lubricate. 46 was really the new 20 down there.I did not get upset and I was able to manage my children, water puddle, house chores, be in the mood and enjoy it. Did not do everything that it claimed – well, not for me.
Only helps me with the night sweats, I still get hot flashes during the day and continue to have all of the other issues that the box claims to address. The night sweats are hell, so I gave it a 3 for getting rid of those for me.

I bought this based on all the great reviews. The first day I took in the morning with my regular vitamins. A few hours later at work I had a pretty bad anxiety attack , tightness all over body etc. I just thought it was weird because I wasnât stressed or anything, but I didnât link it to the pills. The next day I didnât take them in the morning I had thrown them in my bag so I could read ingredients etc. didnât take at all that day and felt ok. 3rd day I found them in my purse in the afternoon so I pulled them out and took 2. I started getting a migraine and by the time I got home from work I was barely functioning. I had another attack. Full upper body tightness and heart racing ick. Itâs these pills! Came on here to see if I can get a refund and return and thereâs not an even an option to contact the seller! Insane, they k pw this happens obviously-

I’ve been taking these for 3 weeks alongside marine collagen and now I can really notice the difference. The main differences are; not feeling bloated, increased libido, feeling calm and less anxious, less angry outbursts, more energy especially in the morning, good night’s sleep. I’m not going through perimenapause officially but I’m taking these because I have noticed a change after having my 2nd child at 43, the last two years since then I’ve felt quite low, aged and unattractive. Now I feel the opposite!

Auf meiner Suche nach Hilfe bei meinen verschiedenen Beschwerden in den Wechseljahren habe ich mich nach vielen Recherchen und Vergleichen für dieses Produkt entschieden, da hier auch vit d enthalten ist und mir allgemein die Zusammensetzung schlüssig und sinnvoll erschien.Und ich bin mehr als froh, mich für dieses Produkt entschieden zu haben. Nach kürzester Zeit hatte ich deutlich mehr Energie am Tag, war wieder motiviert und hatte die LeckmaA Einstellung nicht mehr. Sonst war ich am Morgen schon (oder noch) müde und lustlos und überhaupt ohne jeglichen Antrieb. Das ist tatsächlich völlig weg. Auch meine, zum Glück nicht täglichen, Gelenk-und Muskelschmerzen hören der Vergangenheit an. Fast so wie vor Beginn dieser herausfordernden Lebensphase.Inzwischen habe ich auch nachbestellt und werde definitv hierbei bleiben. Ich nehme, wie empfohlen, morgens und mittags eine Kapsel, die nicht zu groà und somit einfach einzunehmen sind.Wenn jetzt noch die Durchschlafprobleme besser werden würden, wäre ich fast wieder die “Alte” ðDafür gibt es übrigens von dieser Firma auch etwas (healt and her sleep), jedoch ist dieses leider in Deutschland noch nicht erhältlich.
