Best sleep I’ve had in a long time.
I bought these because I don’t sleep all night. I sleep a couple hours, wake up and can’t fall back to sleep right away.. I’ve been taking these sleep aids for three days. Within a half hour I fall asleep, and when I wake up it’s 7:00-8:00 am.I feel wide awake and I know I was dreaming in a deep sleep. Will buy again!

Diphenhydramine Linked to Dementia
I wish it wasn’t so because this works so well for me, but diphenhydramine has been linked to causing dementia in recent medical studies. If you google it, you will find: “Yes, studies suggest a potential link between the long-term use of diphenhydramine (like Benadryl) and an increased risk of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease. While not definitively proven to cause dementia, these studies show a correlation between long-term use of this anticholinergic drug and a higher likelihood of developing cognitive decline. ” The issue is that it blocks the action of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter important for learning and memory. YMMV, but why would anyone risk it.

No Chalky taste!!
The pill are a little larger than others but, they are very easy to swallow the coating makes it very easy to swallow. Within 30 minutes of taking them you start to get drowsy. I take one tablet and that works for me. There are no bitter taste no chalky coating
