Actually works!
It took about 4-6 weeks, but wow have these helped far more than I couldâve imagined! I take one in the morning and one in the evening to try to keep it level in my system. For me, these pills have alleviated extreme moodiness, hot flashes and night sweats, bizarre tingling in my hands and I sleep better! I have been on for almost a year. When I run out for a few days the symptoms come right back, worth every penny!

This really works and is a life saver, for me.
I was waiting to review this item, after I had actually used it and long enough to see results.When I first got it, I just added them to my regular handful of supplements, to gulp down and try not to choke on. Then, I decided to try another way. I mix a fiber drink each morning, so instead of “gulping” a pill down, I break them open and put the powder in the capsule in my fiber drink. Then, I also started doing this with my other tablet supplements and noticed an improvement right away.I was really struggling with the mood swings, hot flashes and dark days, that comes along with going through menopause, as I am just entering the world of nightmares, at this point. Very painful cycles, lots of swelling, and just flat out, the most miserable person I could be around.After a couple of weeks of breaking open these capsules and putting them in my fiber drinks, my painful cycles are almost pain free. That was a miracle, in and of itself. The mood swings are less moody and the swelling has even started subsiding, during the cycles.After all the over the counter products I have tried, in the hopes of finding something that really works and isn’t all just advertising, I can honestly say, this “Her Harmony” is REALLY WORKING!Even my husband has noticed the changes in my overall attitude on life, events, anything and even he is saying how much it is helping. He can also tell the difference, if I forget to take this for a couple of days straight. He can see the difference, even when I can’t see it, in myself.So, with that, if you are asking yourself, if there is any kind of a miracle to feel better during menopause, I have to say, for over the counter, this is it. I only purchased my first round, based on customer feedback and I am glad now, that I did. This is really helping me and actually making the transistion of the “menstral / menopause chaos” much easier to get through.I am very glad I started using this. It was working great, but….
It was working great,helping with hot flashes,but then the last couple of months it doesn’t seem to help with hot flashes at all!! **UPDATE** They confirmed that they did NOT change the formula and they refunded me for 1 order.I’m not sure if they changed their formula or started buying lower quality ingredients, but it’s very disappointing.

This really seemed to help the hot flashes, but then I noticed that although I was exercising 3-4 x a week and following Weight Watchers I wasn’t losing much weight. The only thing new was this…..and sure enough Black Cohosh can cause weight gain. Now I didn’t gain weight—just wasn’t losing it hardly at all. I also read that Black Cohosh has an estrogen like effect so people with history of clots who should not take estrogen should also avoid this herb (according to Mayo Clinic) and it can also cause clotting problems among other things. As I had a blood clot and near DVT due to BCPs…… I was very sad to give it up. RELIEF!!!
I have been taking this for 2 days, so I will update a review in a few weeks! I ordered this looking for some relief from the annoyance of @ 5 hotflashes/hour, really fuzzy head, lack of patience, worry that was irritable and major fatigue. My fuzzy head is way way better along with my energy level. I am maybe having 5 hotflashes/day and they are very very mild. I FEEL so much BETTER! So far my expereience seems right in line with other women. I will let you know if it continues-I REALLY hope it does!Update: 1 week laterMy fuzzy head, fatique, lack of libido (which I didn’t want to admit was happening), lack of sleep, lack of engery-all gone! My patience is restored:)..well mostly:) Most importantly-the whole reason I started taking this-my insane hot flashes GONE-I get an occasional flush that lasts less then 10 seconds-only if I take only 1 capusule a day (serving size is 2 capsules). In fact yesterday-I was cold! I never thought I would be cheering bc I am cold! All these symptoms I was experiencing have gradually happened to me until I fell into the volcano of hot flashes-I didn’t realize how much was happening to me untilI started looking for help for the hot flashes. It was so eye opening and now all of those symptoms are gone!! I didnt realize how off I was feeling-kind of like when you don’t realize how sick you really felt until you feel better? I can not begin to tell you how much better I feel! This product is so worth giving it a try-there is really no reason any of us should have suffer through this chapter of our lives! I highly recommend!Week 2:I am down to one pill/day and none of they symptoms I was struggling with until yesterday, I forgot to take this in the morning. At the end of the evening I could feel a small flush coming on-so I know these are still working. The thing I am still suprised at is just how much I was experiencing the fuzzy head and loss of energy-SUCH a relief to be feeling better. Still high recommending these!

Disappointed it light weight and cheap!
I took a half a capsule, and this product made me sick to my stomach, I was nauseated I started hallucinating…….I started hearing ringing in my ears and it made my chest hurt! Run, run run. I don’t know what they told you is in this product but it’s not a good by and not worth the money. and Now i canât return it. That’s just foul it was a complete waste of my money. I do not recommend this product. The smell is awful.
