This tea is pretty good and for me, the best way to drink this is to add a little bit of honey as well. The only reason why it is 4 stars is that I received the product damaged but other than that it is really good.

Has lots of things in it Valerian root I donât remember other stuff it has but I bought it for my mom cause my aunt recommended it and I donât know if my mom has used it if mom has dranked it Mom says sheâs given to my grandma with Alzheimerâs She says not worked on tranquilizing grandma. Well grandma hasnât stayed put grandma has had bad side effects from medication sheâs taking

No where is Ashwaganda indicated as an ingredient in product, that I thought I was ordering.Advertisement in my opinion is misleading.

This is absolutely delicious tea, and has a hint of sweetness that would be pleasing to even non-tea drinkers. If you have ever had Aveda comforting tea, I think it tastes similar. Itâs got the flavor of mint and slight licorice (perfectly balanced and unnoticeable if you donât know licorice tea). We are going through it quickly in our house. Ordering another box now. I wish I could find it cheaper elsewhere. Oh, and only issue is the tea bags are strung in a way that makes it difficult to hang over the side of your cup. I wish they put the string on in a classic way…I have torn a few tea bags trying to get it ready.

Ingredients Actually Work
I love herbal tea and I actually went to school to study it. The ingredients in this tea are all specialized for relaxation. It’s amazing that it tastes so good to because valerian has a very strong smell. If you drink this tea everyday you will be incredibly relaxed. I drink it for that reason and I’m so happy I found it.
