Game changing if you’re struggling to work out
I had to get rid of older dumbbells because my kids kept trying to play with them. We would move them to a different room and then never use them. Now we can keep them behind the couch and the kids can’t unlock them! Super easy to use

Coolest gym equipment I’ve ever had
One of my least favorite things when working out is having to switch dumbbell plates between different muscle groups and sets. These adjustable dumbbells are such a time – saver. I use them in the office all day long for some light – weight lifting. As long as you properly dock them before changing the weight, the adjustment knob is easy to turn. The key is to line up the plates in their empty slots before setting them down. The plate locking mechanisms seem solid, and the plates do not rattle around when lifting.
