Healthy hormone support with estrogen balancing herbs.
I’ve been looking to find a hormone support supplement to try for major PMS problems and possible perimenopause. This hormone balance supplement really interested me after reading the supplement facts. It contains DIM (Diindolylmethane), a compound found in cruciferous veggies that can help balance estrogen levels, and SGS (Sulforaphane Glucosinolate), another natural compound found in cruciferous veggies that acts with DIM to help better balance hormones, regulate estrogen, provide antioxidant support. Additionally, pomegranate extract, also in the formula, is supposed to help DIM and SGS work better together for hormone balance, and help with antioxidant support. There’s an impressive blend of hormone helping herbs in the formula as well; dong quai, chasteberry, red maca root, black cohosh, etc. What I appreciate most about this supplement is this formula. After researching herbs and supplements for hormone health, everything in this formula has the most solid backing for hormone health help. I’m taking these on my cycle right now and have noticed my cramps are much less intense. My mood seems more balanced as well. The bottle contains 120 capsules that are very easy to swallow. One capsule is a serving, so this is a great value for a supplement. I plan on continuing on with this for sure, as I see help with just single usage.

Feeling a little more balanced
Feeling a little bit better since Iâve gotten these hormone balance capsules. I find myself being a little bit less moody and a little bit more energized. I guess more time will tell as I take them . The capsules are pretty big so make sure you take them with a beverage or food..

I am approaching 50 and know my hormones are out of balance. I’m not in perimenopause yet but can tell my body is starting to change. I have tried other DIM products which had no affect on me. Migcopat Hormone Harmony is creating changes. My cycle is more regular. My cramps were way less in my last cycle. I also had less clotting. That alone is enough for me to continue with this product.I take one pill at night with my other supplements.The listing says it is Non-GMO but there is nothing on the bottle about this. Dairy-free and Gluten-free. The capsule is a vegetable cellulose capsule so the product is vegetarian.Made in USA

These capsules are huge.. I just hope these really do help with hormonal balance because the size of these pills are a bit of a turn off and even youâve ever experienced prenatals and had a hard time with those pills (as I did!) , these may not be for you
