I tried these a couple of days before my flight to see about how long it takes for these to work. The packaging says to put the patch on a half an hour before your flight but I would say 1 hour before. They took a while for me to notice that they were working. I could not find anywhere on packaging or reviews regarding how long they work for. My flight was only 3 hours so I wasnât too concerned about putting the patch on too soon but not sure if you are flying all day how long you have with one patch.I have to admit that these made me pretty tired but that is not unusual for me. I used to take Bonine and really could only take 1/4 of a tablet or I could not keep my eyes open. I would say Bonine would almost make me groggy but patch pretty much made me so relaxed.Some reviews stated that their patch did not stay on or that there was residue of glue left on their arm. I did not have an issue with either of those concerns. I put it on the inside of my forearm and had long sleeves on. Stuck great with no residue when I took it off.Definitely using a Calm patch on my flight home.

I suffer from anxiety and Wore the patches on the plane and they instantly give you that sense of calmness. They are a sticky patch but they do stay on your skin. loved the way they made me feel. definitely recommend.

I have always had lots of anxiety flying, especially during takeoff and turbulence, keeping me from being able to fall asleep and just being overall uncomfortable the whole time.These patches did not completely eliminate that feeling but they made a huge improvement – I was able to sleep on my flight for the first time wearing these. They make you a bit tired but I noticed thatâs what helped me not to focus so much on everything that typically stresses me out on a flight.100% recommend at least giving them a try!!

Used on international trip to London, and patches did absolutely nothing. No relaxing aroma, no relaxation, no nothing. It left sticky on my skin that was hard to remove. You are better off saving your money and skipping this. I really wanted to like this and use for my frequent travels, but it is a no go!

I almost never leave reviews for any of the products I purchase on Amazon but I really wanted to leave one for this product. It’s been a few years now that I get nervous traveling by air. I am not sure why because I have traveled a lot and I didn’t get nervous at all before, but like I said, it’s been a few years that I get anxious and nervous on all flights. I recently traveled and used this on both my flights and it worked wonderfully. I was still a bit nervous during turbulence but drastically less nervous than usual. I am so glad I gave this product a try! I will definitely use it again for my next travels. Try it! You won’t be disappointed.

Won’t fly without them
Not only do I get anxious I also get motion sickness so easily. These definitely take the edge off, no idea how they work so well but I won’t fly without them anymore
