Great product at a great price.
I have been purchasing DIM from my doctors office for a couple of years and pay much more for it. This product has the exact same ingredients and in my opinion, works just as effectively as the much higher priced one I was using before. It is a good addition to my hormone therapy program. So glad I found it.

Good hormone balance
This supplement works well. Been using it for about 60 days now and could feel a difference within the first 30. I take several other supplants and this one is a nice compliment. It helps with energy levels and and I feel like my skin isnât as dry. So far so good. No weird aftertaste and easy to swallow. Good value for the money. I will continue to make this a part of my daily routine.

Great product for women
I am a woman in the perimenopause stage of life. I have been taking a DIM product for well over a year. But I hadn’t noticed many things. When ai switched to this particular brand with the higher dose, it was just what I needed. I noticed that it helped me feel better and some of my symptoms have lessened. It is good for the money and the pills are easy to swallow.

Noticeable impact!
I started taking this supplement and thought I could feel a difference – and then, I forgot to take this with me on a 10 day trip and that’s when I realized what a big difference this supplement was making! Caused constipation
Balanced my mood, and initially caused frequent loose stool. However, I normally have formed normal bowel movements daily. This product caused terrible constipation requiring daily use of laxatives and stool softeners. It also gave me headaches that I did not experience previously. Unfortunately caused too many side effects for me
