It somewhat helped with hot flashes. Instead of several a day, I now have one or two. Not worth it for the price. Provitalize is better for me.

High quality Beyond Hormone by Live Conscious
The price for this supplement per month is pretty steep for most. The bottle contains 90, but the dose is 3 per day. The productâs ingredients and compony appear to be excellent quality. If the product improves your quality of life and you can afford it, it is worth it. I do wonder about the cost breakdown of purchasing the different ingredients separately and taking them that way. Sometimes the convenience of having the ingredients combined and prepared is worth it.
